Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription or service agreement at any time:

  • Email mail@ethne.tech, or

  • Cancel directly in your account settings (where available)

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We will work with you for a smooth transition of your data where applicable. For custom projects, cancellation terms are outlined in your service agreement.

Refunds
Because we allocate resources to serve you as soon as your partnership begins, we do not offer refunds for payments already processed.
