As DevOps and Systems Architect, you will lead and implement our infrastructure architecture and scaling strategy as we expand our platform to a global user base.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and lead architectural decisions for scalable, high-performance systems

• Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency

• Develop and maintain internal and external KPI monitoring systems

• Oversee security infrastructure and coordinate with security monitoring providers

• Manage cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and DevOps workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience

• Proven track record scaling systems from early stage through rapid growth

We're seeking a volunteer consultant with expertise in SEO, AI Search Optimization (AIO), and App Store Optimization (ASO) to help improve our online visibility and drive organic growth across English and other strategic languages.

Responsibilities

• Advise on SEO, AIO, and ASO best practices and emerging trends

• Provide strategic recommendations for keyword optimization and content structure

• Review app store listings and recommend improvements to increase downloads and visibility

• Analyze performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements

Preferred Experience

• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)

• App store optimization strategies and best practices

• Structured data, schema markup, and AI-friendly content optimization

• Multilingual SEO experience (preferred but not required)

We're seeking a volunteer consultant to help us create technology that serves underserved populations, particularly "Last Mile" users who face barriers with security, literacy, connectivity, and technology access.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic recommendations for UI/UX improvements that serve low-literacy and multilingual users

• Review design patterns, navigation, and accessibility for users with limited digital experience

• Advise on low-bandwidth and offline-first design approaches

• Guide our team on inclusive design best practices and emerging approaches for underserved markets

Preferred Experience

• Proven experience designing for "Last Mile" users and understanding how underserved populations interact with technology

• Previous work on initiatives like Google's Next Billion Users or similar programs focused on emerging markets

• Expertise in low-bandwidth design, progressive web apps, and offline-first approaches

Time Commitment: Approximately 6-12 hours per month for 6 months
